Crocop (phonetic: crow-cop) is a planet of relatively low global temperature, with generally stable terrain. The world is most well known for its immense cities covering its surface.

While smaller cities and government-protected forestry areas do exist, they are few compared to the large cities, the largest of which pride themselves in a utopian model of government-provided living, the side effect of which is ridiculous amounts of mandatory taxes, licensing, and surveillance.
