Yaagle (phonetic: y-all) is a planet pulled straight from nineteenth century Earth. The attitude of the majority is that change will only take them downhill. While Yaagle's residents may leave at any time they like, the world's few spaceports only allow entry by invitation or a very good reason. That said, their nigh-primitive technological state can't exactly stop people from landing elsewhere. |
