Emits a glowing beam of fixed length, capable of cutting through just about any material, though with varying degrees of difficulty. The exact nature of the beam is a company secret. The tougher the material, the more energy the device draws. Uses a remarkably low amount of energy when not cutting, and can idle practically indefinitely.

The Beam Saber comes stock with an internal battery capable of slow-cutting oak for five hours straight before requiring charging. Aftermarket external power packs are available.

Functionally identical to the original Beam Saber, but having a "blade" on both ends. A rather unwieldy weapon, incredibly dangerous to the user and bystanders alike, and only useful to those with extensive training.
