Sam: I told you it wouldn't go much further. He scratches his head. Sam: So what is that? 30mm Walker Industires? Alex nods. Sam: Those things don't go very cheap. And I suppose the ship could be fixed to working condition.. He's obviously thinking out loud. He grabed a gigantic book off his work bench and flips through it. Sam: Welll, the best I can offer you that I have in stock right now is a MTR-82 "Spacehawk." It's a bit smaller than your JN316, but it's not going to blow up fifteen feet out of the shop.

But fromw hat i've heard, they tend to overheat over prolonged use. Sam starts walking them outside to the ship as he continues. Sam: It's got a crew room, with four beds, I think. It's one a single, front-mounted gauss cannon. Artifical gravity works, but if you run it at the same time as the hyperdrive, you'll have issues, since the hyperdrive draws off most of the ships power.

Do I need to add any cash on that or will you just take the Walker gun and the ship? It's obvious Alex lost any love he may have had for that ship a long time ago.

They get to the ship, and Sam types in a hatch code, and the hatch opens, then a loading ramp comes down. Lights flicker on inside the ship. Sam climbs in, signaling for Alex to follow.

Alex: Looks good to me so far. I never used all the cargo space I had anyway, so that's not a problem. The Beast didn't even have a hyper drive.

He pulls his holocommunicator off his belt. Sam: Excuse me for a moment. Sam heads outside the ship for a moment and turns it on. An image of Dave comes on. Dave: Sam, you might want to get over here. Now. Sam: Wait wait wait, what's going on? Dave: I can't explain, hurry u-- He's cut off and the holocommunicator shuts off. Sam tucks it back on his belt loop and pulls out his Lern 42. Sam: Yeah, uh. I'll be back. He shouts to Alex. He starts running towards his shop. He looks around, and notices that in the main building, the ceiling bay door had been opened to the showcase room. There were a handful of men bustling past the windows, trying to get the ships started. Sam: Wonderful. He runs into the main buildings and starts his way up the stairs.

She pushed herself off the wall, stretching her limbs.

He looks at Alata. Alex: ...Let's take a look, shall we? Alex grabs his Five-Seven and runs off after Sam, into the other building.
