He has medium length, scruffy brown hair which he can often be seen adjusting and scratching at. His choice of attire usually includes baggy cargo pants or jeans and a plain, white shirt or tank top, sometimes with a combat vest on top. Although Deon seems cold and careless, he usually thinks of others over himself, helping people at every opportunity he gets. He often has troubles converting from his hardened military personality to his new, peaceful attitude and is sometimes subject to violent outbursts. History: Deon Carter, or ‘Cross’ as he as sometimes been known as, was born and raised on the violate planet of Ellix, where he was subject to the mandatory military training at age 5. For some reason, he was always had the feeling that there were better things out there and often felt the urge to explore the universe. His chance finally arrived when, after 25 years of serving Salvador's army, a man known as 'Ghost' crash landed near his home. He spent a lot of time with his new friend, learning of the beauty of the outside world whilst helping him fix his broken Thunderbird (adding a co-pilot seat in the process). It wasn't long before the army learnt of Ghost's presence, forcing Deon to make a quick decision - stay or leave. He chose the latter, fleeing to Sunder on planet Meeriad, settling in a city in Sekhmet. There he joined an underground organisation known as ‘The City Runners’ who taught him in a controversial art of movement which they had dubbed ‘Free-Running.’ He also undertook a course in Flight School, where he specialised in combat manoeuvring. Now free of his military career, Deon shares a small city apartment with Ghost, earning his living as a taxi driver. I'm confused by your character's history. It's very strange that he was born and raised in Ellixan society, lived there for 25 years, and still thought of leaving as "escaping". Where would the foreign thought come from that there's something "wrong" with Ellixan culture? It's still possible, but rather unlikely. Also, a technical problem; you wrote that he went to "Sunder, in the Meeriad system". Sunder is actually a continent on the planet Meeriad. (The universe page is kind of a mess right now; I was in the middle of revamping it and never finished. ) Anyway, as far as your history goes, I'll still accept it as it is, I just wanted to bring that to your attention. I'll probably approve it when I hear back from you.

Also, his friend Ghost is from Meeriad and had told him of the wonders of the universe. Sorry, I should have mentioned that but I was in a hurry. I'll add that in now
