Sorry if I missed a step or something in joining....) Character Name: Travis Bade Arc Age:  23 Gender: Male Species: Human Description: Average male human, standing near 5'11", and close to 170 pounds (he rarely gets measured).  He has brown hair, left long, somewhat long, but not long enough to be an annoyance.  He constantly wears a dark long coat, a navy or dark-colored t-shirt, jeans, and a bowler hat on his head.  A grey bandanna keeps his hair controlled under the hat. History:  (sorry for length... bit of a writer for fantasy >.<) Travis was born into an average family in Callice.  For five years, he lived with his family.  However (as cliche' this is going to sound...) when he was 5, his parents were murdered and robbed in an alley.  Travis survived, because he was hidden in the shadows of a garbage bin, and had the sense enough to remain quiet.  He was found the next morning crying over both of their bodies, clutching their hands. For the next 8 years, he was passed around between families, but never stuck, due to poor caregivers, until the last to have his care given to a peculiar hunter.  The hunter refused to use rifles, but instead used revolvers, because he preferred the elegance the deadly tool, but refused to use them against fellow law-abiding sentient creatures. Travis grew through most his teens hunting the deadly creatures of Meeriad.  However, due to a freak accident during a particularly dangerous hunt, the hunter killed the beast, but the creature had fatally wounded the hunter.  The hunter had taught everything he knew to Travis, and left one last gift to his adopted son, a set of revolvers. Due to laws in the city, the Hunter's home was sold, and Travis forced out into the streets.  Due to his age at the time, he was not allowed to be put back in the orphan program, so ended up living on the streets.  He soon learned the ways of a theif, earning himself an inner-circle name as the best choice for obtaining some protected objects.  Though his job implied a sort of thuggishness, he held the virtues taught to him by the hunter.  He lived like this, earning enough to rent an apartment, and living like this until he had amassed wealth to begin hunting himself. However, during a run in with a wanted fugitive, he realized his true potential.  As he returned with the fugitive's body, and received the reward money, he turned the idea over, and decided to start hunting criminals instead.  He took his money and began his life. I'm glad you joined. Don't be at all sorry about the length of your history. I love a good history. Means you've probably actually thought about your character. Everything looks good. I never even realized there aren't any revolvers here. I ought to add some. If you have anything particular in mind, let me know. Approved!
