He can be over-dramatic at times and loves to wear fancy outdated clothes for unessescary occasions (Top hats, suits, tuxes, and such). At first glance aristocratic noble but that belies his true nature. He is actually a quite capable assasin. His hair is a dark brown and he has sharp blue eyes. History: Dante was born on Meeriad and lived a relativly normal life. He was always an eccentric person partially due to his parents not wanting to stifle his "creativity". Dante ended becoming spoiled and generally a jerk, at the age of twenty he decided to join the military. His spoildness was quickly whipped out of him and he became an effective killing machine, still keeping his boyish charm. From the age of twenty-three to twenty-five he began several assasination missions all of them succsessfull. At the age of twenty-five he decided to leave Meeriad and search for jobs among Daireem he has no current employer. (I've borrowed some from older characters I hope that's ok) Magic: -Twitch: causes the target to convulse wildly some can overcome the effects through pure willpower or conditioning, the larger the target the more energy is used -Regeneration: The caster channels energy into a wound to restore the damaged tissue the spells lasts as long as the caster touches the wound, therefore it is not very combat effective and not able to heal internal wounds. -Jam: causes a firearm to jam instantaneously the caster much touch the firearm Jam has a two minute cooldown. -Sleep: The target becomes very groggy and tired until they sleep for at least an hour, should someone fall asleep under this effect they are very difficult to wake -Emotion: influences teh target to experience a specific emotion( Hate, Ecstacy, etc) or a broader emotion (Happiness, fear, etc) this effect lasts until the caster is outside of a mile range, half an hour elapses, or the target enters a tin/ other mental blocking material building -Mark: He marks a target with an invisible cloud of dust, until the dust is washed or blown off he can sense where the target is, his vital signs, and surface thoughts -Perfect shot: He can fire a bullet and will it to hit a marked person, however the bullet cannot round corners or take sharp angles and it will continue to lose momentum from hitting objects. -Study: The caster can understand the jist of any written text he uses this ability on. -Basic Magic: Well...basic magic Items: -Heckler & Koch Mark 23 -1200 -Kimber Stainless Pro Carry II -850 -Pairril G2M (Magnet variant) -200 -Orion Holocommunicator x2 -300 -Smoke Grenade (PT)(Orange) x2 - 100 -Flashbang Grenade x2 -150 -Black cane with white tipped ends -"Fancy outfit" -"Civilian outfit" -Deck of playing cards -Pair of Dice (Di?) -Pocket watch Ship/Vehicle: JN316 Beast Anxiety is the essential condition of intellectual and artistic creation

Glad you showed up. Your character is approved, but you should know that outfits, playing cards, pocket watches, etc. aren't actually necessary to list in your inventory. I'll still add them if you want them listed, but just thought I'd let you know.
