H ran towards the control pannel on the wall, rapidly tapping buttons on the pannel. It imediatly spun around and watched the other end of the hallway. Just then, five men came bounding around the corner, one carrying a Perrenor cyclone. The first one was gunned down right away by the auto turret, while the rest of them sprinted and took cover. Just at that moment, ythe turret noise stopped and it went inactive. "I've been cut from the security sytem, I can't operater the turret!" MK shouted. Then the man with the cyclone came up from cover and started firing.

"Wonderful," he sighed over the gunfire, "four on four, AND a blaster rifle?  Seems to me that we're becoming unwelcome here." He then shot a quick peek around the corner and leveled his gun towards the henchmen with the Cyclone, but ducked back behind the wall just in time to avoid becoming Swiss Bountyhunter.

As luck would have it, Deon popped out just as one of his enemies did the same. Without thinking, he fired a burst into his opponent. He ducked just as an arm poked out from behind a corner and fired a few pistol rounds. Deon took careful aim and fired a single shot into the man's arm, resulting in an uneasy cry of pain. Deciding that the last burst was a little to close, Deon retreated behind the wall.

"I can't get a clear shot!" he shouted "wait something's going on over there." There was. The cylone started to slow down a little bit, then stopped altogether, followed by hissing. "Of coures, it overheated, how could i forget that." Now it was his turn. He came from behind the wall, firing his raptor, aiming for the cylcone armed thug. It grazed him arm, certainly causing pain, and struck a thug behind him. "Darn, missed" he said, getting behind the wall again. ((ooc:sorry I haven't been responding lately, my internet went down and we just got it up again today))
DarkSun Bounty Hunter 3/3/2009 3:02:07 PM Level: 1 Experience: 0 Total Posts: 34	RE: Take back the city Travis watched as MK2 fired on the overheated gunmen, then got an idea.  Without waiting to think, he ran towards the back wall, and kicked around the corner, and leaped across the hall, rolling into a run as he hit the floor.  He reached the barricade the goons had set up, and leaped against the wall, placing his gun's barrel against one of the gunmen's heads, and pulled the trigger. In the same moment, he hit the floor behind the group, and slid to a stop on his knees, firing rounds into a couple more of the gunmen, then into the knees of the one carrying the Cyclone. He shoved the goon flat to the ground, and grabbed the overheated weapon from him, waving it weakly in the air above him, "Rich kids," he sighed.

"There's activity going on behind here he said to the group as they caught up "we have to be cautious." He slowly opened the door and peeked through it. "They have another auto-turret set up and six guys i  there" he wispered when he closed the door " we have to act fast i there, we're getting close."

He peeked through the crack in the left-open door, and drew a beam-saber. "Any ideas?"

He readied his rifle and, with it set to full auto, swept his aim across the door; sending bullets straight through the fragile wooden door and into 3 of his opponents on the other side. He ducked out of the path of a burst from the auto-turret and reloaded his weapon.

The thugs had taken up positions, but they were still suprised by the cyclone. He instantly gunned down one guy with his enhanced targeting, but had to take cover when the auto turret started firing. "Get in here!" he shouted, and fired a burst off as the auto turret stopped firing for a few seconds.
DarkSun Bounty Hunter 3/12/2009 2:40:51 PM Level: 1 Experience: 0 Total Posts: 34	RE: Take back the city As MK2 distracted the turret's fire momentarily, Travis dashed into the room and switched on a beam saber.  He dashed along the wall, avoiding the trail of fire from the autoturret, and cut through the legs on a first goon. He slashed the neck of a second, then jumped up onto the autoturret.  The robotic gun swung around wildly, trying to aim at its target.  As it did so, Travis noticed a loose wire.  He took the chance and swung his saber at it, severing it, and much of the joint it held against.
