I couldn't find any specific dates in the planet background so... yeah. --- As for everything else, please let me know what needs to be fixed. --- Occupation: Mechanic / Electrical Engineer Character Name: Miku Murasaki Arua Aliases: Ma'am? Gender: Female Race: Human Age: 24 Appearance: At 5 feet 1 and 1/4 inches tall, Miku isn't exactly opposing in stature. However she does make up for her height with an attitude that could make murderers quake in their boots. Black hair is cropped boyishly short and often supports a slight dying of one bright color or another. Her left eye is brown, on the verge of being black, whilst her right eye is a swirling kaleidoscopic mass of colors. Having been born blind in her right eye Miku's parents elected to have their only child undergo an elective surgery to replace her eye with cybernetic-bio replacement. Grown in a lab and augmented with light adaptive sensors Miku now can switch between 20/20 and 60/20 vision in her right eye. The rest of her body is plain enough. Toned from working out but still soft enough to hug. Her curves are on the small side, and while Miku dosn't complain much, she does feel a tad left out in that department. Initial Personality: Miku comes off as crisp, militaristic, and rather cold. While not a loner by any standards, Miku prefers to adhere to military regulation. She speaks politely to those who are of superior rank and can be rather emotionless with those of equal or lesser rank. Discipline is a word that quickly comes to mind when one observes Miku from a distance. Underlying Personality: While she puts on the hard military girl persona Miku is actually a preppy, fun loving girl on the inside. It takes a lot to break past the cold steel bubble that Miku puts up around herself, but if you do, she will be a loyal and trusting friend. Part of the reason for her cold demeanor has to do with her past. Having lost a several close friends during a battle Miku vowed never to let people become close to her again. Of course such promise if very difficult for her to keep. Personal History: Born into a small family on the capitol of Crocop, Miku is an only child. Miku lived a pleasant life, not one of over abundant luxury, considering her surroundings, but enough to make her early years easy. Both her parents did their best to teach her the concepts of hard work and diligence, not giving her the chance to bask off of the 'old' money. Growing up on Crocop meant constantly being surrounded by thousands of other people. Each one whom seemed to have an important duty to the city. As time past and Miku grew older she dreamed of having one of those all important jobs. But what, she asked herself, was more important than going up into space and becoming one of the sole reason the ships stayed up there. From a young age Miku had a unquenchable thirst for knowledge, particularly things dealing with mechanical or technological implications. In school she exceeded expectations in both the math and science departments, advancing quickly to graduate at an early age. She was quickly noticed by the Navy and recruited straight out of high school. Secret History: Miku hasn't participated in any black ops, as far as she knows that is. Skills: Miku was trained as a electrical technician by the Crocop Navy. This means that she has both electrical and mechanical repair skills, though her skill level isn't extremely high in ether one. She knows enough to keep a ship running during combat and how to patch her up afterward. But beyond that, you need a shipyard. She is also skilled in repairs on smaller vessels, anything from bikes to small aircraft. Her training also included both small arms training as well as close combat. Miku never did like shooting much, though she scored well enough to qualify for a personal sidearm. In close quarters however she excelled. Scoring above and beyond all the others in her class. While her small stature meant that she did not have the brute strength that many of her classmates had, she possessed an agility and ability to think on her feet that were unmatched. By quite literally doing calculations on the fly, in the midst of melee combat, Miku was able to position herself to counter nigh every blow throw her direction. Weaknesses: Miku is not physically strong. Her skills are very pointed in one direction and therefore she is not very good outside her specific fields of study. She cannot pilot anything larger than a personal shuttle, and even that is a bit of a chance. Her ranged weapons skills are mediocre as is her cooking. That being said, how can you mess up protein?
